The Birth of a new Universe

Last November 2019, Luxor Cinema and Daniel F. Amselem reached a “Joint Venture” agreement for the launch of a new company: ZOHAR UNIVERSE. This legal instrument develops and protects the new “Universe” raise from the artistic works: KRISIS, THE ZERO ZONE and SAVING HEROES.

Under the legal advice of the international law firm DWF-RCD, this agreement has been designed to ease the alliance between ZOHAR UNIVERSE and future partners abroad. It is formula that let us manage our different property rights within a single deed of transmission.
